1.Return Window: You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved by our customer service team, you must return the item within 7 days of approval either by dropping it off at a store or shipping it back to the designated warehouse address. The drop-off or shipment date will be used to determine eligibility. Returns that do not meet these timelines will be declined and will
not be eligible for a refund, except where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Eligibility: Except for defective, damaged, non-conforming goods, or incorrectly shipped goods, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
3. Process: Initiate a return via your Account Settings to receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a non-conforming item.
4. Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and opened nutritional supplements (due to health/safety reason) cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, non-conforming, or otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Any points, discounts, or promotional credits earned on the order will be deducted from the refund amount or your account. Any points redeemed for the purchase will be refunded to your account. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must be returned together with the returned product; otherwise, the corresponding value may be deducted from the refund or the return may be rejected.
6. Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period (typically 5-10 business days), subject to your bank/payment provider processing times.
7. Statutory Rights (Quebec/Canada/Other Jurisdictions): Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including legal warranties and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act legal warranties). Where statutory rights apply, they control to the extent of any conflict.
