适用范围 / Scope
本条款适用于由 iTalk Choice 平台或平台内店铺发放的代金券及折扣券（以下合称“优惠券”）。用户领取或使用优惠券，即表示同意本条款以及券面、领取页面或相关活动页面所列的适用规则。
These Terms apply to Promotional Vouchers and Discount Coupons issued by the iTalk Choice platform or stores operating on the platform (collectively, “Promotional Offers”). By claiming or using a Promotional Offer, you agree to these Terms and any applicable rules displayed on the Promotional Offer, the claim page, or the relevant promotion page.
1. 优惠券类型及具体规则 / Promotional Offer Types and Specific Terms
代金券：由平台或店铺免费提供、按照券面载明的固定金额抵扣符合条件商品价款的促销优惠，不属于礼品卡、储值、现金或支付方式。
折扣券：按照券面载明的折扣比例、满减金额或其他折扣方式计算优惠。
不同优惠券可能设有不同的优惠金额或折扣、最低消费要求、有效期、适用商品、适用用户及其他使用条件。具体以用户领取优惠券时的券面、领取页面或相关活动页面展示的信息为准。
Promotional Voucher: A fixed-amount promotional discount provided free of charge and applied toward the purchase price of eligible products, as stated on the Promotional Voucher. A Promotional Voucher is not a gift card, stored value, cash, or a payment method.
Discount Coupon: A discount calculated according to the percentage, threshold discount, or other discount method stated on the Discount Coupon.
Promotional Offers may have different discount amounts, minimum purchase requirements, validity periods, eligible products, eligible users, and other conditions. The information displayed on the Promotional Offer, claim page, or relevant promotion page at the time the Promotional Offer is claimed will apply.
2. 有效期 / Validity Period
优惠券可能设有领取期限和使用有效期，具体以券面、领取页面或相关活动页面显示的信息为准。如设有领取期限，用户须在该期限内完成领取，并在使用有效期内使用。领取优惠券或将商品加入购物车，不代表优惠已经锁定。优惠券是否适用，以用户提交订单时的实际结算结果为准；超过领取期限的优惠券不可领取，超过使用有效期未使用的优惠券将自动失效。
A Promotional Offer may have a claim period and a validity period, as specified on the Promotional Offer, claim page, or relevant promotion page. If a claim period applies, the Promotional Offer must be claimed within that period and used within its stated validity period. Claiming a Promotional Offer or adding a product to the cart does not reserve or guarantee the discount. Eligibility is determined at checkout when the order is submitted. A Promotional Offer may not be claimed after the applicable claim period and will automatically become invalid if unused upon expiration.
3. 最低消费及金额计算 / Minimum Purchase and Calculation
优惠券如设有最低消费要求，仅当符合条件的商品金额达到相应门槛时方可使用。除券面或相关活动规则另有明确说明外，最低消费金额不包括税费及配送费。
If a Promotional Offer has a minimum purchase requirement, it may be used only when the total amount of eligible products meets the applicable threshold. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Promotional Offer or in the applicable promotion rules, taxes and delivery charges are excluded from the minimum purchase amount.
4. 适用范围 / Eligible Products and Scope
优惠券仅适用于券面、领取页面或相关活动页面注明的商品、店铺、用户或其他指定范围。具体适用范围以优惠券券面、领取页面或相关活动页面展示的信息为准。
A Promotional Offer may be used only for the products, stores, users, or other scope specified on the Promotional Offer, claim page, or relevant promotion page. The specific scope of eligibility will be determined by the information displayed on the Promotional Offer, the claim page, or the relevant promotion page.
5. 一次性使用 / One Time Use
每张优惠券仅限成功使用一次。优惠券一经成功用于订单，即视为已使用。
Each Promotional Offer may be successfully used only once. A Promotional Offer is considered used once it has been successfully applied to an order.
6. 不可兑现及代金券余额 / No Cash Redemption and Unused Promotional Voucher Amounts
优惠券无现金价值，不可兑换现金，亦不提供现金找零，但适用法律另有规定的除外。
如订单实际可抵扣金额低于代金券的券面金额，仅抵扣实际可抵扣金额；未使用的剩余券面金额不予保留、返还或用于后续订单。
Promotional Offers have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not provide cash change, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If the amount eligible for reduction is less than the face value of a Promotional Voucher, only the eligible amount will be deducted. Any unused portion of the Promotional Voucher will not be retained, refunded, or applied to a later order.
7. 优惠叠加 / Combining Promotional Offers
优惠券分为平台优惠券和店铺优惠券。每笔订单最多可使用一张平台优惠券及一张店铺优惠券。同一类别的优惠券不得叠加使用。其他优惠是否可以同时使用，以相关活动规则或结账页面显示为准。
Promotional Offers are categorized as Platform Promotional Offers or Store Promotional Offers. A maximum of one Platform Promotional Offer and one Store Promotional Offer may be used per order. Promotional Offers within the same category may not be combined. Whether a Promotional Offer may be combined with any other offer will be determined by the applicable promotion rules or the information displayed at checkout.
8. 退货及退款 / Returns and Refunds
使用优惠券购买的商品，其退货及退款条件适用平台《退款政策》。如符合退款条件，实际支付金额退回原支付方式。
只有在该优惠券优惠金额所分摊的全部商品均完成退款后，相关优惠券才会返还至原账户，并沿用原有效期；如返还时该优惠券已超过原有效期，则不予返还、延期或补发。部分退款或仅退回部分相关商品时，不返还优惠券。
依本条款第11条被取消或失效的优惠券，不予返还、延期或补发。
Products purchased using a Promotional Offer are subject to the platform’s Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, the amount actually paid will be returned to the original payment method.
A Promotional Offer will be returned to the original account only after all products to which its discount was allocated have been fully refunded. Any returned Promotional Offer will retain its original expiration date. If the Promotional Offer has already expired when it would otherwise be returned, it will not be returned, extended, or reissued. A Promotional Offer will not be returned for a partial refund or when only some of the affected products are returned.
A Promotional Offer cancelled or invalidated under Section 11 of these Terms will not be returned, extended, or reissued.
9. 异常价格及订单处理 / Pricing Errors and Order Handling
如因系统故障、程序错误、数据同步异常、页面显示错误、价格或优惠配置错误、优惠券或促销活动异常叠加等原因，导致商品价格、优惠金额、运费、税费或订单应付金额出现明显异常或与正常销售价格存在重大偏差，平台有权对相关订单进行核实。
对于经核实属于上述异常情况的订单，平台可在商品发货或服务履行前取消订单，使因相关异常而错误发放或使用的优惠券失效，并将用户已支付的款项原路退还。平台将尽合理努力及时通知用户。
If a system failure, programming error, data synchronization issue, display error, pricing or promotion configuration error, improper combination of Promotional Offers or promotions, or similar issue causes the product price, discount, delivery charge, tax, or order total to be clearly erroneous or materially different from the normal selling price, the platform may review the order.
If the platform confirms that an order resulted from such an error, it may cancel the order before the product is shipped or the service is performed, invalidate any Promotional Offer erroneously issued or used as a result of the error, and refund the amount paid to the original payment method. The platform will use reasonable efforts to notify the user promptly.
10. 领取分享及账户绑定 / Claiming Sharing and Account Binding
部分优惠券可能仅限特定用户、账户或活动参与者领取或使用，并可能受库存、发放数量或活动期限限制。直接发放至用户账户的优惠券不得转赠或转移至其他账户。通过链接领取的优惠券是否可由其他用户领取，以券面、领取页面或相关活动规则为准；优惠券一经领取并绑定账户，不得转移至其他账户。
Some Promotional Offers may be available only to specified users, accounts, or promotion participants and may be subject to inventory, issuance limits, or promotion periods. A Promotional Offer issued directly to a user account may not be gifted or transferred to another account. Whether a Promotional Offer provided through a claim link may be claimed by another user will be determined by the Promotional Offer, claim page, or applicable promotion rules. Once a Promotional Offer has been claimed and linked to an account, it may not be transferred to another account.
11. 活动变更及优惠券取消 / Promotion Changes and Promotional Offer Cancellation
在适用法律允许的范围内，平台可修改、暂停或取消尚未开始或尚未发放优惠券的促销活动。如已发放的优惠券涉及系统或配置错误、错误发放、异常叠加、欺诈、滥用、店铺违规发券、违反本条款或其他适用法律要求，平台有权取消该优惠券或使其失效。
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform may modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion that has not begun or for which Promotional Offers have not yet been issued. If an issued Promotional Offer involves a system or configuration error, erroneous issuance, improper combination of promotions, fraud, abuse, improper issuance by a store, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances required by applicable law, the platform may cancel or invalidate the Promotional Offer.
12. 账户注销 / Account Closure
账户注销完成后，与该账户关联且尚未使用的平台免费发放优惠券将失效，不予折现、退款、恢复或转移至其他账户，但适用法律或相关活动规则另有规定的除外。礼品卡及其他已付款余额不适用本条规定；用户应在提交账户注销申请前联系客服，确认相关余额及后续处理方式。
After an account is closed, any unused Promotional Offer issued free of charge by the platform and associated with that account will become invalid and will not be redeemable for cash, refunded, restored, or transferred to another account, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the relevant promotion rules. This provision does not apply to gift cards or other paid balances. Before submitting an account closure request, the user should contact customer service to confirm the balance and available handling options.
13. 适用法律 / Applicable Law
如本条款与适用法律的强制性规定存在冲突，以适用法律的规定为准。
If these Terms conflict with any mandatory provision of applicable law, the applicable law will control.
